Printable.biz.id - The DKI Jakarta Provincial Government will conduct a data collection for the victims of the Glodok Plaza fire in Tamansari, West Jakarta, which occurred on Wednesday (January 15). The purpose of this data collection is to provide insurance for the victims.
"Of course, we will optimize this; the Social Service has been instructed to carry out data collection regarding issues such as insurance and so on," said Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta, Teguh Setyabudi, when met at Glodok Plaza on Saturday.
According to Teguh, victims who already have the National Health Insurance (JKN) card can use it. Additionally, the Social Service will assist the victims in claiming their insurance.
"For further data collection, we have asked the Social Service to assist with the insurance claim process, and the Provincial Government will adjust the necessary actions," Teguh said.
Teguh also explained that the search for victims is still ongoing. Seven bodies have been successfully evacuated to the Police Hospital in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.
"The search process is still ongoing today; the standard time is about seven days, but if necessary, it could be extended depending on the situation," he added.
